As a christening gown manufacturer, we do not hold large amounts of stock. We prefer to make every order individually to ensure a good fit. This personal service takes approximately 10 working days.
However, if you do require your order urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to fulfill your order urgently.

GIFT WRAP SERVICE
We offer a gift wrap service where by your order will be wrapped and layered in acid free tissue paper, place in a delightful gift box with a wooden coat hanger.
A delicate wooden cross and a christening poem will be placed in the box which can be kept as a special keepsake.
This gift wrap service can be added to your order for an extra charge of £10.00.
RETURNS POLICY
"We dont just make christening gowns, we make your babies christening gown", therefore it is very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with our services and products. Every order is hand made with love and care, but if a problem does occur please contact us as soon as possible, so we can help resolve the issue. We are a small, family run business, every customer is special and very important to us, we will always do our best to help in anyway we can.
You are welcome to return your unworn garment within 7 days of receipt for a full refund excluding p&p costs.
All returns must be in original packaging materials or a charge of £5 will be made.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, we are not liable for lost, delayed or damaged parcels.
